No workouts; Holidays and School Holidays

General:

When training sessions are interrupted, school vacations and national holidays are used as guidelines.

That is, during school vacations there will be no regular training sessions. The overview below indicates which days these are. In terms of school vacations, Amsterdam falls under Northern Region.

Recess of training will take place according to scheduled school recess and holidays.

Recess means training will not take place as sceduled. In the tables below are recessdates are shown:

NOTE During break periods, adult care is usually taken to ensure that training is possible. Training sessions will generally be concentrated on one evening during the summer break. There will be timely communication on how these trainings will be filled. Trainings between holidays are dropped because, from experience, these are hardly ever attended.

During recess periods there usually will be some continuation of training, this will generally be concentrated to one training session a week. Schedules on this will be announced beforehand. Trainingdays in between holidays will be cancelled beforehand because they are hardly visited.
